Galvanise Capital is a Business Angel Syndicate focusing on high growth Start Ups in the digital space. We provide entrepreneurs with seed funding and we enable Investors who meet the qualifying criteria to invest in a portfolio of early stage private companies. Upon joining the Galvanise Capital syndicate, Investors will have the opportunity to invest on a deal by deal basis and will always be in control of their own investment decisions. Membership
Galvanise Capital operates by invitation only and the Directors reserve the right to admit potential Members at their sole discretion.
Each applicant for membership of Galvanise shall submit an appropriate membership form and a signed copy of the Membership Rules, together with the appropriate anti-money laundering (proof of identity) documentation and business angel certification (in accordance with Rule 2.3) as required by the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (“FSMA”) Financial Promotion Order 2005.
